Why AI labs pay

AI has read the whole internet. It still can't see how a real business runs.

Public websites show what companies say. Internal records show what they actually do. That's the data labs need next, and established companies are the only place it exists.

01

Real workflows

How a request turns into a ticket, a task, an invoice. The steps teams really take, in order.

02

Real decisions

Approvals, exceptions and escalations: the judgment calls software can't learn from public text.

03

Real outcomes

What happened next. Whether the client stayed, the job closed, the issue got resolved.

How it works

One buyer means one price. We bring you several.

1

Data discovery call

We find which of your records are most valuable. No files are shared.

2

Your data manifest

A metadata-only summary of your data by type, volume and years. It describes the data; it doesn't contain it.

3

Labs bid

We target multiple offers within 7 days of a complete manifest. Take the best one, or walk away.

Our promise

Straight answers, no pressure.

$0 upfront

A success fee only when a deal closes and you're paid.

Manifest, not data

We prepare the summary. Your records stay with you.

No early price

No number is promised before buyers review the manifest.

No first-call decisions

Take the time you need, and bring your lawyer.

Questions

Before you decide.

Do we give up ownership of our data?

No. You license a copy for a defined use and term. You keep ownership of everything.

Does ODX see or store our data?

No. We prepare a metadata manifest with you. The records themselves go directly from your company to the buyer after you sign.

How is sensitive information handled?

Names, email addresses, phone numbers and other identifiers are removed or replaced before the data is used. The agreement spells out exactly how, and your counsel reviews it.

Can we control what's included?

Yes. You choose the systems, the date ranges and the record types. Anything you exclude stays out.

Will our records be made public?

No. Licensed data is used to train models under contract. It isn't published or resold under the agreement.

Will we have to change how we operate?

No. The buyer's engineers handle extraction with your IT contact. Day-to-day work carries on as normal.

What does it cost?

Nothing upfront. ODX earns a success fee only when a deal closes and you're paid.

How long does it take?

Typically four to six weeks end to end, with offers targeted within 7 days of a complete manifest.
